1. Independent Application
Intelcom & Dragonfly Tracker is an independent, unofficial application created to help users track shipments handled by Intelcom and Dragonfly.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Intelcom Courier Canada Inc., Dragonfly Shipping Ltd., or any of their affiliates.
Intelcom® and Dragonfly® are registered trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
2. Information We Collect
We have designed the App to collect as little information as possible.
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
Tracking barcode history
Search history
User consent status
App preferences
This information:
remains only on your device;
is never uploaded to our servers;
is never sold or shared by us with third parties; and
can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's data, deleting the history within the App, or uninstalling the App.
3. Shipment Tracking
When you search for a shipment, the tracking number you enter is sent directly to publicly available Intelcom and Dragonfly tracking services to retrieve the latest shipment status.
We do not:
store your tracking numbers on our servers;
store shipment information on our servers;
create user profiles based on your searches; or
monitor your shipment activity.
Shipment information is retrieved only when you request it.
4. Advertising
To support the continued development and maintenance of the App, advertisements are displayed using Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process certain information, including:
Advertising ID
Device identifiers
IP address
Approximate location
Device information
App interaction information
Diagnostic information
This information may be used to:
display advertisements;
measure advertising performance;
prevent fraud;
improve advertising services; and
personalize advertisements where permitted by applicable law and your consent choices.
We do not control the information collected directly by Google or its advertising partners.

8. Data Retention
Tracking history and preferences remain stored only on your device until:
you delete them;
you clear the App's storage; or
you uninstall the App.
Because we do not operate servers that store your tracking history, we cannot access or recover deleted information.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through third-party services used by the App, please contact the relevant service provider.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the App and its functionality.
Because tracking history is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting access to your device using passwords, biometric authentication, or other available security features.
11. International Users
Google and its advertising partners may process advertising-related information on servers located in different countries.
Such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Google's own privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
